A1 Tax and Notary Services is a full-service tax preparation and notary company. The mission is from Day 1, we want our customers to become our clients for the long run! We want to assure them that choosing A1 was their best choice from Day 1! 

When you are our client, you are our client all year.
We want to be a part of your "A1 Family". So we are here to help and we won’t nickel and dime you for the help you need throughout the year. Once you are our client, you are our client all year, all for the cost of your one-time preparation fee. Unless it is something extraordinary, you will not be charged another dime for any additional help or advice needed. Our customer service extends for two years past the due date of the completed return whether you are still our client or not. Who else offers that?  

Our service includes:

 •  Audit protection available for all cleints 

 •  Got an IRS letter?  Get it to us, drop it off, mail it or email it to: A1TaxandNotaryServices@gmail.com. We will assess what the IRS is looking for and we will handle it for you including making up to two phone calls and writing up to two letters as needed and sending and receiving necessary faxes to complete the follow up.  We, however, won't mail it in for you due liability.

•  Tracking your return from start to IRS acceptance

•  Storing your return in our secured cloud based system

•  Hiring only background check tax professionals with a degree and/or working towards a     degree. 

•  Professionals, we will not discuss your tax situation with anyone unless you give written consent. Tax preparers go through  Annual training Program certified through the IRS to keep up with the tax laws.

•  Free consultations all year round (with the exception of observed National Holiday's)

•  Enrolled Agent representation through Audit Maintenance Pro*3rd party that will review any and all correspondence received from the IRS, making your year worry free for 3 years.

•  Complimentary copies of your secure digital tax return that you will have access to at any time for 1 year.

•  Free “what if” scenarios.  We don’t do “magic” name-your-refund returns.  We are not afraid to be aggressive according to your comfort level, but it will be within the boundaries of the tax code.
